I have wireless internet but am not much for TV so I just have the basic package. The bedrooms available are on the third floor which is a finished attic with 3 huge skylights so the rooms are sunny, also private, and have lots of character. The furnishings are a full-size bed, dresser, and two book shelves. You would at least want to have a rug, desk, and chair. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

I am looking for a woman who is mature, responsible, clean and is energy conscious. I don�t like to be uncomfortable but I am quite conscious of compromises I can make to reduce energy consumption and, therefore, the bills. You would need to be a non-smoker, light drinker and absolutely no drugs. You also need to be somewhat progressive and gay-friendly.

I am looking for someone to take over my portion of the the lease in a great apartment in Central Square. I moved here over a year ago and have been very happy with the set up. It is a corner unit on the fourth floor facing southeast; it gets a TON of natural light. It�s also relatively modern building, which means no paying hundreds of dollars for oil heat leaking out of poor insulation in the winter (eek!) The landlord is really attentive to the place and you would share the apartment with my roommate. (it's a 2 BR/2 BA, so no need to worry about sharing the bathroom.) I am really sad to be leaving the place, but have to move out of state for my job.

Well just as the title implies this place is huge.
Our roommate is moving out and we will have a room becoming available starting December 1st. This is a four bedroom apartment.
We are in our mid 20s. First month�s rent and security deposit are required.

The Place:
We are on the Somerville/Medford line 5 minutes from 93 and with good access to the T. We are within 10 minutes of Davis Square (Red Line) as well as Sullivan & Wellington Stations (both on Orange Line). And there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment.
