I LOVE my apartment and would never leave except that I'm studying abroad in Paris next semester. Maintenance takes such good care of this place -- they vacuum the stairways every few days, keep the lawn clean and trimmed, and fix anything that is broken. Rent is $775/month plus heat & hot water.

The place looks like it belongs in a decorating magazine.

Within 2 miles are all of the regular amenities-shops, restaurants, entertainment ,etc. I commute to Boston for work, and am amazed how within 1 hour this is a whole different world. Often there are only sounds of birds singing, and the wind. This is definitely a life style choice to live here, so if you are looking for serenity and beauty it may be a good match.
